1. Introduction TezClean ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the TezClean Client mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Information and Permissions We Collect To provide high-quality services and ensure technical stability, we collect the following data and request specific device permissions:

• Registration Data: Full name and phone number. These are the only details required to create an account.

• Service Information: Service address provided by the user when placing an order.

• Device Permissions:

  • Location Data: We request access to your location only while using the app to help you accurately identify and enter the cleaning address.

  • Camera Access: We request camera access to allow you to take a photo for your profile avatar or to provide visual details of the cleaning area.

  • Photo Library (Gallery): We request access to your photos strictly for the purpose of allowing you to upload or change your profile avatar. We do not access, collect, or store any other photos from your gallery.

• Device Information: Operating system version and device model for technical performance and bug reporting.

3. How We Use Your Information Your data and permissions are used strictly for:

• Creating and managing your account and service orders.

• Customizing your profile (via profile avatar).

• Facilitating communication between you and the assigned service provider (cleaner).

• Providing accurate location-based address entry for cleaning requests.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share your information:

• With Service Providers (Cleaners): Only necessary details like your name, phone number, and the service address provided by you to fulfill your cleaning request.

• Legal Requirements: If required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Data Retention and Deletion (User Rights) In compliance with Apple’s policies, users have full control over their data:

• Access and Update: You can edit your profile information and change your avatar within the app.

• Account and Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can perform this action directly via the "Delete Account" button in the App Settings or by contacting us at muhriddinusanov7@gmail.com. Upon request, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

6. Location and Media Access

• Location: Access is optional and used only to simplify address entry. Registration does not require location access.

• Media/Gallery: Access is limited only to the images you explicitly select for your profile avatar. We do not track your GPS in the background or scan your photo library.

7. Payments TezClean Client does not process digital payments or store credit card information within the app. All payments are handled offline (cash or terminal).

8. Security We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including your profile photo, from unauthorized access or misuse.

9. Children’s Privacy Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
