• Personal Identification: Full name, phone number, and JSHSHIR (Personal Identification Number).

• Job-related Data: Service history, ratings, and performance metrics.

• Location Data: Precise and approximate location of your device.

• Media Access: Photos and images from your camera or gallery.

3. Purpose of Data Access (Xcode Permissions)

In accordance with Apple's privacy guidelines, we use the following device resources:

• Location Services (NSLocation): We collect location data to assign orders near you and to allow clients to track your arrival in real-time. Background location may be used to verify service completion at the client's address.

• Camera & Photo Library (NSCamera/NSPhotoLibrary): Required for setting up a profile picture and uploading "before and after" photos of the cleaning site as evidence of work performed.

• Push Notifications: To send you real-time alerts about new orders and status updates.

4. Handling Sensitive Data (JSHSHIR)

The collection of JSHSHIR is strictly for:

• Official employee identification within the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Legal and contractual compliance between the employee and "TEZCLEAN" MCHJ.

• Security: This data is encrypted, stored securely, and is never shared with third parties, clients, or other employees.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

• Clients: Only your name, photo, and real-time location are shared with the client during an active order.

• Legal Compliance: We do not sell or lease your data. Information is only disclosed to government authorities if required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption, secure servers) to protect your data. We retain your information as long as your account is active. You have the right to request account deletion and the removal of all personal data through the app settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app is strictly for professional use by individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
